Important Update.

So, earlier today, the development unit I use to develop Steel OS decided it wanted to shut off randomly with a typical Kernel Power 41 error I'm used to by now. The laptop, an MSI Prestige 14 Evo A11M, had previously had the same issue constantly when I left it on overnight, so I just held the power button to shut it down. Sometime after, the PC locked up again, with an external mouse working, but not the keyboard (apart from the power key) and the trackpad. I proceeded to reboot it.

Fast forward to about an hour ago, the PC shut off randomly again. This time, after I powered it back on, the trackpad was completely dead. So, because an external mouse isn't very viable, and I don't see this issue going away, I'm probably going to try to get a new laptop, from another OEM. I'm currently preparing a big data transfer (so that Steel OS 3 RC 1 and the base parts for a project codenamed "Mirai", which will follow after Steel OS 3, are not lost), and I have the PC shut off. Plus, I'll be back in school in a matter of weeks, and since I don't have the program used to work on Steel OS 3, I'll likely have to put Steel OS 3's development on hold until I can get my hands on the desired replacement, a Dell XPS 15 notebook, not of base model, but not one of the high-end models at the same time).

So, in the meantime, until I can get Steel OS ready for development on my main, high-end gaming """""workstation""""" PC, an MSI custom build I call an "Apple Macintosh Performa I7 10700" (it's a joke because if you squint for long enough, Steel OS 3 kinda looks like Mac OS X, not saying it's designed to be an OS X clone, 'cuz it's not supposed to be an OS X clone). The reason I can trust this custom build, is because despite the board being built by the same manufacturer, it is an extremely reliable system, and it's extremely powerful, I know this because it is also used to host a Discord bot.

So, very unfortunate update, I'll try to get Steel OS development back up again as soon as I deal with other important priorities.
